Reputation Management

A rating below four stars costs you enquiries before anyone has spoken to you. Reputation management means moving that average to where it should be in a planned way — and keeping it there.

How we work

Four steps, from the first assessment through to follow-up.

1

Where you stand today

We look at where your business is currently rated, what the average is on each platform, and how many reviews sit behind it. An average of 4.2 across 300 reviews needs a different approach than 3.6 across 12.

2

Setting the target

Your target rating determines how many reviews are needed. The calculator on the homepage gives you the order of magnitude up front — starting from a low average takes considerably more than most people expect.

3

Spread out delivery

Twenty reviews in one day stands out. We spread delivery across days or weeks so the growth matches what a normally operating business looks like.

4

Adjusting afterwards

Platforms occasionally remove reviews. Within 90 days of delivery we replace removed reviews at no charge — just get in touch through your account or by email.

What's included

  • Reviews on Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and Facebook
  • Individually written texts rather than boilerplate
  • Delivery spread over time rather than all at once
  • Free replacement for 90 days
  • Order history and status in your account

Platforms and pricing

Billing is per platform and package size. There is no base fee and no minimum term.
